 Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for a Home Loan from Laxmi Finance if:

For Salaried Individuals:

  • Age between 21 to 60 years

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience

  • Stable monthly income (minimum income criteria varies)

For Self-Employed:

  • Age between 25 to 65 years

  • Minimum 2 years of business continuity

  • Proven income and financial stability

General Criteria:

  • Good credit score (typically 700+ is preferred)

  • Property should be legally clear and located in approved areas

  • Co-applicant (optional) can help increase loan eligibility

Documents Required

KYC Documents:

  • PAN Card

  • Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License

Income Proof:

  • Salaried:

    • Latest 3 months’ salary slips

    • Last 6 months' bank statement

    • Form 16 / ITR (past 2 years)

  • Self-Employed:

    • ITR of past 2 years

    • Business proof (registration/GST certificate)

    • Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet
