✔️ For Salaried Individuals:

  • Age: 21–60 years

  • Stable job with minimum 1 year of work experience

  • Property should be owned and legally clear

  • Minimum income as per loan amount

✔️ For Self-Employed / Business Owners:

  • Age: 25–65 years

  • Minimum 2 years of business continuity

  • Property ownership in the name of applicant/co-applicant

Documents Required

🔹 KYC Documents:

  • PAN Card

  • Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License

    • Last 3 months’ salary slips

    • Form 16 or ITR for last 2 years

    • 6 months’ bank statements

    • Business registration/GST certificate

    • Bank statements (last 6 months)

🔹 Property Documents:

  • Sale Deed / Title Deed

  • Approved building plan

  • Property tax receipt

  • Encumbrance certificate

  • Chain of title documents (if applicable)

  • Rate of Interest 4% P.A Tenure 1 to 20 years.
